Terms and Conditions Zavala Iron Doors San Diego

• Deposit. Once the proposal has been approved by the Customer, a 50% deposit will be necessary prior to preparing the AutoCAD drawings and sending them out to the Customer.
  
  
• In Zavala Iron Doors, San Diego, Doors includes only the items described in the contract/listing such as Tempered Glass, Locks, Threshold, Inside/Outside Trim, Weather Stripping, Pulls, and Powder Coating. Please check with your representative in San Diego for details if you have questions about the specifics on your doors.
  
  
• Customers of Zavala Iron Doors, San Diego, may propose 3 design changes maximum, until they feel completely satisfied with the final design. If more than 3 design changes are required, there will be a 25usd fee per design change made.
  
  
• Said designs must then be sent back to Zavala Iron Doors, San Diego with signature of authorization, via e-mail or fax, and confirm their receipt with our Sales Representative.
  
  
• Please note that the turnaround time estimated by Zavala Iron Doors, San Diego– normally 4-6 weeks – begins as of the delivery of the signed design and payment of the 50% deposit by the Customer. The product will be delivered to the place agreed upon with the Customer.
  
  • Once payment is provided, Zavala Iron Doors, San Diego will send you samples of paint colors to you to choose the color of your preference.
  • Also note that in Zavala Iroon once a design is approved or once a product enters production process, if a change or modification occurs to the order there will be a change order fee of 250 USD, as well as the turnaround time will be increased.
    
    
• A few weeks into the product’s manufacturing process, the Customer will be able to check on its status with the Sales Representative and a production document showing process pictures will be emailed to the customer.
  
  
• The 50% remaining balance must be paid in full once door is completed in it’s welding process, per notification to the Customer.
  
  
• Once the product is ready to leave the factory, in San Diego, customer will be notified and delivery/crating fees have to be paid prior to delivery to the San Diego broker/warehouse. The Sales Representative will provide the Customer with a more accurate delivery date once contacted by the carrier.
  
  
• Doors are shipped upon receival of 100% paid balance.
  • In Zavala Iron Doors, San Diego, we fabricate the doors according to your specifications and are not responsible for incorrect information whether it is dimensions, swing side, etc.
  • All doors are not refundable since they are considered custom orders.
    
    
• In Zavala Iron Doors, San Diego , the Doors are delivered pre-assembled and ready to be installed..
